Web Design FAQ

Why don't you use Microsoft FrontPage (FP) Or Microsoft Word?

The reason that we don't use Microsoft FrontPage (FP) is because it generates a lot of HTML code that is only recognized by the Internet Explorer browser. That means that a site built with FrontPage will often display beautifully in Internet Explorer (as both FrontPage and Internet Explorer are owned by Microsoft), but will be a jumbled, unreadable mess in the Netscape or FireFox browser.

Cross-browser compatibility is very important and your website should look same as you intended across a variety of browsers. We design websites in Macromedia DreamWeaver and tweak it to make sure it looks and works same across all popular browsers.

No professional web designing company uses Microsoft Word for web design. It is only good for converting documents to quick-and-dirty HTML. When customers give documents in MS-Word, we convert it to HTML using MS-Word and then use our in-house software to clean it up and use Dreamweaver to work on it.
