Application and prospectus can by obtained from the school office personally by paying Rs. 100/- or through mail by sending a demand draft of Rs. 100/- drawn in favour of "Gouthami Educational Society" payable at any nationalised bank, Hyderabad.

Registration of the candidate does not guarantee admission. Every candidate seeking admission has to undergo an examination conducted by the school in the month of June every year. The candidate is selected only if he/she is qualified in the entrance exam.

Qualified candidates have to remit the fee by the given date without which the admission stands cancelled and will be given to the next selected child on list.

Admissions for all classes will be closed by 30th June, of every year.

Note

Parents/Guardians are required to go through the conditions contained in the prospectus carefully before they fill in their application of student. All parents are required to abide strictly by all the terms and conditions stipulated by the institution from time to time.
Management reserves the right to add, delete, or change any or all conditions/information mentioned in the prospectus without notice.
If the candidate is applying for admission from L.K.G to V class, he/she has to produce ORIGINAL Date of Birth Certificate at the time of admission. If the candidate is applying for admission from VI to X class, he/she has to produce TRANSFER CERTIFICATE, CONDUCT CERTIFICATE in original and Xerox copy of Caste Certificate (if necessary) at the time of admission. If he/she does not submit T.C, his/her admission stands cancelled after a month from the date of admission.

Withdrawals

A pupil wanting to withdraw from the school should give a notice to the effect of 3 months in advance and 3 months fees will have to be paid in lieu thereof.
