Welcome to Citizens' Pages!
We are pleased to announce Citizens' Pages in which you can publish everything that you wanted to publish, including articles, photographs, essays, poems, computer generated objects, short stories, as long as they do not violate the law.
All you need to do is, just email them to us at [email protected]. If your work is in Telugu or Hindi, either please email us the scanned image of the same or mail (post) it to our office address.
We would also like to invite you to submit your child's article(s) in this section of our site to be showcased on the Internet. You and your child can also discuss and analyse articles of other students and their writing styles. There is no end to learning here.
In order to have your child's article published, it has to fulfil the following basic guidelines.
* | It should be a project compiled for their school as part of their curriculum. |
* | It should be directly related to India, its society, culture, tradition, history, religions, tourism, politics, policies, ethos, etc., but not limited to these themes. |
* | It should show India in a positive light. Analytical criticisms are acceptable. |
* | It should be a 'report' with a language and concept appropriate to your child's age. |
* | It should be a publishable report - meaning, if there is any craft-work or collage type artwork involved, it cannot be published. |
* | It should be complete in all respects and should not refer to any segment that is not submitted or cannot be published on the Internet.
Please also note that if a project is accepted for publication, HamaraShehar.com will not be editing any segment of the article at all - we strive to retain the original flavour of the budding author for originality. |
* | Any supporting drawings, artworks are best scanned and e-mailed to us along with the manuscript. |
We need the following information along with articles submitted for publication:
* | Your child's full name. |
* | A picture of your child, (This may be mailed for us to scan - non-returnable.) |
* | His/ her month and year of birth (No days please!) |
* | Current school, studying in, |
