Maremanda Naveen Kumar

He is a child prodigy. His capability to create wonderful animations, at the age where children enjoy someone else’s creations popularised him in known circles as Wonder animations thunder boy.

Father Seetharamaiah, a senior journalist, mother Seetharathna Kumari and elder sister Sandhya Madhavi’s inspirations and encouragement are helping Naveen to venture into the ever-changing phenomenal information technology arena.

It all went like an experiment for the enthusiastic Naveen. His father bought a computer for his personal work. While Seetharamaiah was away at his office, young Naveen used to experiment with the computer system to learn its operating. With self-efforts, he learnt DTP, PageMaker and such other softwares. He was just nine years then.

A spark ignited within him to learn more and more. Incidentally, an advertisement appeared in a daily publication about Corel Draw package. The ad impressed Naveen so much so that he prompted his father to load that software in their system. It resulted in learning that package too.

Gradually, by the time he reached his ninth standard, he mastered animation and sound editing. The first work of Naveen with the art learnt by him was “Cyber Shirdi”. In this work, he produced beautiful images of the Sai Baba Temple, Chavidi and Dwaraka Mai at Shirdi. This work attracted those who visited his residence. This is where Naveen found his attraction in the animation products.

Panchatantra tales, various organisation logos, and other efforts of the boy were highly appreciated by the concerned organisations. Vanijyam.com, Pracheena.com and Dumbo.com are some of the sites that were developed by the young master where he portrays his excellence and yearning for learning. His animation works include children’s moral tales.

Now, Naveen is concentrating on inventing puzzling games and quiz programmes. Many of his works were included in Hamarashehar.com, a multi lingual portal. Naveen is also inclined towards composing western music through his expertise in various software packages. His collection exceeds 50 songs.

He also mastered JAVA and Visual Basic (VB). The fact is that he never received any training from any institute.

Recently Naveen completed his Intermediate course in first division and is heading for hi Bachelor of Computer Applications.
