Admissions

The academic Year starts from 1^st of June and ends in the last week of April Every year. The academic year comprises of III terms.

• I Term-June to September
• II Term-October to December
• III Term–January to April

Terminal Examinations, besides the Unit Tests and assignments are conducted at the end of each term.

Hindu Public School admits children of all communities without any discrimination of Caste or Community. Applicants should fulfil the age requirements. The minimum age prescribed for admission into LKG is 3+years on June 12^th and Admission is confirmed on interaction with the parents. Admission to other classes depends on the availability of seats & on the basis of merit and entrance examination.

Admission will not be completed unless the following certificates are certified by the Principal.

1. Transfer Certificate
2. Original Date of Birth Certificate (Issued by the Municipal Corporation)
3. Conduct Certificate
4. Community Certificate (issued by the concerned Mandal Revenue Officer)

Parents must accompany their children at the time of admission and they have to sign the prescribed Admission Form and pledge to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the School.

Withdrawal

Management reserves the right to remove the children from the school on the following grounds.

1. Indiscipline
2. Irregular Attendance
3. Failing Twice in the same class
4. Unsatisfactory Progress

If a student wants to leave the school, Parents must apply for the withdrawal in writing and clear all dues pertaining to school.

Transfer Certificates on withdrawal will not be issued until fee is paid full up to the date of leaving.
