Praga tools Co-ordination committee demands amalgamation into Defence Hyderabad, Aug 10(HSN): Demanding the amalgamation of Praga Tools in the defence, the Co-Ordination Committee of the Company today staged dharna here at the Company.
Speaking to the gathering, Mr.S.Chennaiah, Praga Tools Co-Ordination Committee Convenor demanded that the Company should be changed from HMT to defence. He alleged that their Company is facing many problems being attached to the HMT.
Though the Central Government announced Rs.61 crores for the Company, only Rs.29 crores released and the remaining funds should be released at the earliest and save the Company, Mr.Chennaiah said. He demanded that the pending wages should be paid and to stop the contract labour system in the Company.
AITUC, BMS, TMTUC leaders Mr.Shariff, Mr.Ch.Babu Rao, Mr.Yadagiri and employees of the company participated in the programme.
