Arbitration and Counselling Centre inaugurated Hyderabad, Aug 11 (HSN): Arbitration and counselling Centre, inaugurated here, would help to solve the pending cases in civil, matrimonial, business contracts, industries and disputes in short period and with less expenses, Andhra Pradesh Legal Services Private Limited announced.
Speaking to reporters here today, Mr.S.Lakshma Reddy, Director of the Centre said the Centre would work in accordance with the 1996 Arbitration and Counselling Act and affiliation to Courts. He said that the judgement of the Centre is equal to the Court Decree.
Clients should not wait for their cases to be solved with this Centres, Mr.Lakshma Reddy informed. It really help the clients to save their money and time , he said. There are retired Judges, IAS Officers and Engineers in the Centre, said the Centre Director.
