Placement++ (PM) allows students to store his/her resume including picture in a central database in structured format and access it from anywhere, any time. Student can update his/her resume at any time. If the student needs to submit a printed resume, he/she can print at any time from anywhere. They do not need to carry the resume all the time.

As more and more corporates going for hi-speed corporate Internet access, the number of HR managers who wants to reduce paper handling are on increase. Wherever required, the student can just direct the recruiter to his/her URL and show his/her IT savvyness.

	Point recruiter to individual online resumes.
	Publish updated resumes on their website.
	Generate PDF file exactly in the way that looks online for each resume and publish on a CD or floppy and post it to the recruiter with minimum resources in the minimum time.

Share It & Be in Sync

Placement officer and Head of the Department can also access any of their student resume and submit to various companies. All resume submissions are tracked so that resumes will not be send to the same department of the same company multiple times by mistake.

Not every single company in India advertises in one single newspaper or portal, and it takes most of the day for the student to find all vacancies. Imagine going to the library (There is always waiting time for the current day newspaper) and browsing 10 different newspapers and 10 different portals everyday for vacancies.

With Placement++, you can sort and/or arrange the student list in the required format in just few seconds and can either email or print it. Placement Officer can also forward individual or multiple resumes to any person, which automatically takes care of informing the student as well.
