The general trend of the youth these days is to find an employment after completing their graduation. If circumstances permit, they either continue their academic pursuits or find a income generator. May be depending on the individual financial conditions and other responsibilities this may be necessary for some. Tulasi Ravi Sekhar did not jump into the long roping lines applying for some or the other employment to eke out a living. Right from the beginning, he had his own style, level of thinking and understanding advented with foresight.
He came to a decision only after analysing the real situation and studying the circumstances in depth about the realestate firms and construction companies established during 1990 to 1998. The decision was to institute a new theme real estate organisation, not just another firm. Here his view was not to compete with the already established or establishing companies, but it was to develop his establishment. After repeated rounds of discussion with parents, friends and relatives, he started his organisation as ‘Arcadia Farm Lands Private Limited’.
In the commercial circles there is a saying, ‘business can be established successfully only by a businessman’s son’.Whereas Ravi’s case was very contrary to it. None of his family members was into business before Ravi. His father is a doctor by profession and mother a home maker. Still, he forayed into the division of business with all courage, confidence and study behind him. Along with the Arcadia Farm Lands Private Limited Ravi joined another name as a sister concern Jana Sikhara Dream Homes. The latter one deals with construction activities.
This was just a beginning, though he managed to get his banner name into people from 1998 first individual venture only in 1998-99. His maiden venture was at Gowrelli of Hayath Nagar Mandal close to twin cities. Here he took up ‘Pragathi Plantations’ in a stretch of 62 acres. Customers from all sections of the society with a bang superbly received this venture. This made many businessmen of the trade think about the entry of a new wave into their class of business. Hah! A big sigh! His confidence to prosper took a strong breath with this venture.
The confidence prompted him to go for a new venture at Gowrelli in 37 acres. This venture was titled as ‘Persian Blues’.These are farm units admeasuring 200 square yards with 18 teak trees and various other fruit bearing plantations. This again unfurled his expertise and thought projection in the business circles.
Recently Arcadia launched its third venture, after hoisting success for the earlier two ventures, on way to Manchala near Ibrahimpatnam in Ranga Reddy district. This is on a huge scale of 238 acres. Farm houses would be constructed on plots admeasuring from 200 to 2000 square yards with a price tag varying from Rs 3,50,000 to Rs 17,00,000. The construction of these farmhouses are being done taking into consideration of the customer taste, sciences like engineering, vaastu and health. A little awayfrom the bugging buzz of the city pollution and clumsiness, these farm houses are coming up in the landscape beautiful and elegant.
